Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic storyteller to bridge the gap between our robust on-the-ground operations and our digital presence. While we possess significant assets, including a 30,000 sq. ft. warehouse, active farmland, and strong community partnerships, our marketing materials do not yet reflect the scale of our impact. We need a specialist to "download" the vision from our Founder and translate it into polished, professional assets. You will be the voice that proves we are a "well-oiled machine," securing contracts with schools, museums, and senior centers through compelling narratives and design.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Copy Overhaul: Transform current surface-level outlines into deep, persuasive web content, taking the organization's website from 20% to 100% completion.
Physical Marketing Collateral: Design and write professional brochures, tri-folds, and flyers to support high-stakes meetings with schools and senior centers.
Content Pillar Execution: Create dedicated content for our core programs: Nutrition & Wellness (Cooking Shows, Meal Prep), Agriculture 101 (Mobile Tech Lab, Farm Visits), Aquarium 101, and the Senior "Feel Better" Team.
Strategic Storytelling: Synthesize the complex mission (health + agriculture + conservation) into clear narratives that explain the "why" (e.g., reducing inflammation, longevity).
Blog & SEO: Establish authority by researching and writing at least one high-quality, SEO-optimized blog post per week.
Social Media Management: Manage and create engaging posts for Instagram, TikTok, and Reels to drive traffic and showcase the "Communications Network" initiatives (podcasts/TV).
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing data to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement. Present regular reports on key metrics, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Use AI-driven and automation tools to enhance targeting, personalization, and conversion optimization.
