Job summary
We are looking to hire an AI Automation and Growth Operations Assistant who will build AI automation across email, CRM, lead capture, reporting, website workflows, and task systems. You will set up, test, monitor, and improve automations that reduce manual work, improve accuracy, speed up operations, and support business growth across multiple departments. We are hiring a sharp, fast, reliable assistant to help build an AI-driven business engine across multiple brands. This role covers AI automation, CRM systems, email workflows, lead routing, website systems, SEO support, reporting, social automation, TikTok growth, and digital operations. You will work on real commercial systems across SS Global Wealth, SS Global Legal Services, Dubai, mortgages, bridging, and Fifi London. This is for someone who understands structure, speed, accuracy, systems, and output and who wants to grow with a serious long-term business.

Responsibilties:
- Set up AI automation across email, CRM, lead capture, reporting, and website workflows
- Build and improve smart systems to reduce manual work
- Support CRM, data tagging, routing, reminders, and follow-up workflows
- Help improve website conversion, tracking, and operational flow
- Support SEO, keyword structure, landing-page logic, and traffic systems
- Assist with AI content systems, social posting systems, and TikTok growth workflows
- Help organise systems across multiple departments into one working operating model
Requirements:
Education:
- Computer Science degree
- Digital Marketing degree
