Community Sales Assistant
Job summary
Our client is seeking a motivated and organized Community Sales Assistant to support the sales team in promoting and selling residential properties. The ideal candidate will assist with client inquiries, property marketing, lead generation, and administrative tasks to help achieve sales targets while representing a residential community in Abeokuta
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the on-site representative for a 10-unit residential community in Abeokuta.
- Staff and manage the on-site sales office during working hours.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Distribute marketing and promotional materials within the Abeokuta market.
- Schedule and coordinate presentations of the residential community to prospective clients and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with real estate brokers in Abeokuta.
- Develop and maintain relationships with mortgage bankers and financial institutions.
- Maintain relationships with relevant public agencies and key stakeholders.
- Attend networking events and actively promote the residential community.
- Support lead generation, property marketing, and other sales activities.
- Perform administrative duties to support the Sales & Marketing team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience.
- Previous experience in sales and marketing within the real estate, architecture, design, or construction industry is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of the real estate development industry.
- Solution-oriented with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Flexible, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Verifiable direct and digital sales experience.
- Strong presentation and organizational skills.
- Professional appearance and confident personality.
- Outgoing with excellent networking and interpersonal skills.
Remuneration: NGN 250,000 per month
