Job Location: On- Site Sales Office, Abeokuta
Unit: Sales & Leasing Unit
Reporting To: Sales & Marketing Manager
Duration: 6 Months (CONTRACT)
Compensation:
▪ Base Salary – N250,000.00 (Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira Only)
▪ Monthly Sales Bonus
Work Hours: Tuesday to Saturday, with Sunday and Monday off, and the business day would approximate 10.00 AM to 6.00 PM each day.
We are seeking a motivated and organized Real Estate Sales Assistant to support our sales team in promoting and selling residential properties. The ideal candidate will assist with clients' inquiries, property marketing, lead generation, and administrative tasks to help achieve sales targets.
Our client is a multifaceted real estate development services company with capabilities ranging from Market Research, Architectural Design, Construction Management, Financial Advisory, Property Sales & Leasing, and Property Management.
Minimum Job Requirements
• A degree in either Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or Business Administration with at least 2 years of work experience.
• Previous work in Sales and Marketing for real estate, architecture, design, or construction industries preferred
• Solution-oriented with the ability to build relationships across a cross-disciplinary team comprised of diverse personalities, skill sets, and levels of experience
• Demonstrable Knowledge of Real Estate Development and Industry Management.
• Flexible, enthusiastic and self-directed.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong communication capabilities, written and verbal.
• Verifiable Direct and Digital Sales Experience
• High-Level Oral & Written Presentation Skills.
• Verifiable Organizational Skills.
• Highly Professional & Confident Appearance is Required.
• Very Outgoing and Cheery Networking Personality.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Serve as On-Site Representative for a 10 Unit Residential Community in Abeokuta
• Staff the On-Site Office as required
• Distribute Collateral Material in the Abeokuta Market.
• Schedule the presentation of the community to Stakeholders in the Abeokuta Market.
• Maintain Relationships with Prominent Brokers in the Abeokuta Market
• Maintain Relationships with Mortgage Bankers in the Abeokuta Market.
• Maintain Relationships with Key Public Agencies in Abeokuta.
• Attend Networking Events to promote the community.
