Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Community Manager based in Ibadan. The role involves engaging with the community, fostering relationships with customers and realtors, responding to inquiries, planning and executing events, and monitoring feedback to improve community satisfaction. The Community Manager will also contribute to creating strategies to enhance engagement and maintain a strong organizational presence.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in community engagement, building customer relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service
- Experience in managing social media platforms and creating content for community interaction
- Event planning and execution skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to handle inquiries and feedback professionally
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to foster organization-customer networks
- Proficiency in technology and social media analytics
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field
- Experience in real estate or a customer-facing industry is an added advantage
