Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow our online communities across various platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, telegram, social media, forums, online groups).
- Lead Support delivery
- Create engaging content, including posts, articles, and videos, to drive community interaction.
- Monitor online conversations and respond promptly to inquiries, comments, and feedback.
- Address any potential community crises or issues with appropriate, thoughtful responses.
- Identify and nurture community influencers and ambassadors.
- Analyze community metrics and provide insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging social media platforms
