Pixelpulse Viralchemy is hiring a Community and Marketing Specialist to onboard business owners into a paid organic growth community. This fully remote role is performance-based, ideal for driven individuals skilled in outreach, communication, and meeting monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage business owners online (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
- Introduce them to our 30-Day Organic Growth Community
- Guide interested prospects through signup
- Consistently onboard paid members into your assigned group
This role is ideal for people who:
- Are confident communicating with business owners
- Understand basic digital marketing or sales
- Are comfortable with targets and performance-based earnings.
Compensation:
- To ensure that you’re capable of delivering as expected, you’d be placed on a three-month probation. During this duration, your earnings would be performance-based only. Members pay N10,500 to join the community, and you get paid ₦5,000 commission per paid member you onboard.
- After three months, high performers would be retained and be paid ₦200,000 monthly salary, and will still get commissions per paid member plus monthly data subscriptions.
Minimum Expectation/Target:
- You are required to onboard at least 17 paid members per month
- High performers can make between 150k - 450k monthly
- Only high performers would be paid a consistent monthly salary after three months.
- High performers are people who onboard 30-70 paid members consistently monthly for at least three months.
