Sales & Marketing Representatives

Responsibilities:

• Market and promote NEXT ABROAD LTD services and products.
• Identify and attract potential customers.
• Generate qualified leads through WhatsApp, social media, referrals, personal networks and other legitimate channels.
• Convert prospects and enquiries into paying customers.
• Follow up consistently with prospective clients.
• Clearly communicate our services, requirements, processes and applicable charges to potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Develop referral networks and partnerships that can generate regular business.
• Promote new services, campaigns and special offers.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, conversions and sales.
• Meet and work toward the company's monthly revenue target.
• Provide regular reports on marketing activities, leads generated and customers converted.
• Represent NEXT ABROAD LTD professionally and maintain a high standard of customer communication.
• Work independently and take responsibility for generating measurable business results.

Requirements:

• Confident and persuasive.
• Highly motivated and result-driven.
• Excellent communicator.
• Good at selling and negotiating.
• Comfortable communicating with customers online and offline.
• Active on social media and WhatsApp.
• Able to build and use a strong personal network.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Customer-focused and professional.
• Experience in sales, marketing, travel, education, recruitment or related fields is an advantage.
• Able to consistently work toward monthly revenue targets.

Commission Structure:

• The representative will earn 5% commission on qualifying Next Abroad Ltd service/product charges successfully generated and paid for by customers.
• The 5% commission is calculated only on eligible Next Abroad Ltd service charges/products.
• Customer funds that are collected for capital, third-party charges, processing costs, external fees or other pass-through expenses do NOT count toward the commission.
• Proof of Funds and Flight Tickets are specifically excluded from the 5% commission structure.

Monthly Revenue Target:

• The representative is expected to generate a minimum of ₦2,000,000 in qualifying Next Abroad Ltd service charges per month.
• The ₦2,000,000 target refers only to qualifying company service charges/products and does not include capital, third-party costs, Proof of Funds, Flight Tickets or other excluded payments.
• The objective is to ensure that the representative generates genuine revenue for the company rather than simply generating large customer payments that are primarily used to fulfil the customer's service.

Earning Potential:

This is a performance-driven opportunity. Your earning potential is directly connected to the qualifying business you generate.

At 5% commission:

• ₦500,000 qualifying service charges = ₦25,000 commission
• ₦1,000,000 qualifying service charges = ₦50,000 commission
• ₦2,000,000 qualifying service charges = ₦100,000 commission
• ₦3,000,000 qualifying service charges = ₦150,000 commission
