Club Manager

Responsibilities:

• Curate and execute an engaging entertainment program featuring live music, DJs, and special events to attract and retain patrons.
• Manage all aspects of bar operations, including inventory management, purchasing, pricing strategies, and staff training.
• Coordinate and oversee club events, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to established timelines and budgets.
• Recruit, train, and supervise club staff, including bartenders, security personnel, and event staff, to deliver exceptional service and uphold brand standards.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote club events, drive attendance, and increase revenue.
• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with artists, performers, vendors, and other stakeholders in the entertainment industry.
• Monitor club operations to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Club Manager or similar role in a high-energy nightclub or entertainment venue.
• Strong background in entertainment management, with a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Extensive bar sales experience, with a demonstrated ability to drive sales and maximize profitability.
• Proficiency in event management, including planning, execution, and coordination of large-scale events and promotions.
• Excellent staff management skills, with the ability to recruit, train, and motivate a diverse team of employees.
• Solid understanding of event marketing principles and strategies, with a track record of successful event promotion and audience engagement.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
