What you will do
Manage and Lead: Lead and motivate a sales team of 5+ professionals. Strategic Leadership: Drive the team to deliver exceptional results, challenge norms, and build customer relationships. Collaboration: Build internal relationships to foster cross-functional collaboration for comprehensive solutions. Promotion: Evangelize Oracle Cloud products to C-level audiences, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a Cloud sales plan for complete territory coverage. Partnerships: Collaborate with partners to define, recommend, and implement effective sales strategies. Go-to-Market: Drive successful go-to-market Cloud Sales campaigns in collaboration with internal marketing specialists. Planning and Analysis: Conduct account planning, customer/market analysis, and strategy sessions.
