Job descriptions & requirements

Company Description Unmask ADHD is a premium, fully virtual telehealth platform dedicated to helping Nigerian adults access timely, private, and judgment-free ADHD assessment and support. The organization removes barriers such as long waiting lists, public hospital stigma, and lengthy commutes by delivering services entirely online. Clients move from a confidential screener to a consultation with a licensed clinical psychologist through a secure, accessible process. Unmask ADHD focuses on providing dignified, culturally informed care tailored to the realities of adults living with ADHD in Nigeria. The team is committed to discretion, empathy, and evidence-based practice.

Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Clinical Psychologist at Unmask ADHD. The Clinical Psychologist will conduct comprehensive ADHD assessments for Nigerian adults, including diagnostic interviews, psychological testing, and diagnostic formulation using evidence-based tools and criteria. The role involves providing feedback sessions that clearly explain assessment findings, offering psychoeducation on ADHD, and collaboratively discussing next steps and care options. The psychologist will maintain accurate clinical documentation, adhere to ethical and legal standards, and follow established telehealth protocols and workflows. Additional responsibilities may include contributing to service improvement, participating in clinical meetings or case discussions, and supporting the development of client-facing educational materials.
