Responsibilities:
- Provide first aid and basic medical care to staff when required.
- Manage daily clinic operations and attend to staff health concerns.
- Monitor employees’ health conditions and respond to medical situations.
- Maintain accurate medical and clinic records.
- Administer medications as directed by medical guidelines or management.
- Conduct routine health checks such as blood pressure and temperature monitoring.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the clinic.
- Maintain adequate medical supplies and report shortages.
- Promote health, hygiene, and safety awareness among staff.
- Refer serious or emergency cases to appropriate healthcare facilities.
Requirements:
- BSc in Nursing or Medical Sciences.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a clinic, factory, or similar healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of first aid and basic healthcare procedures.
- Good communication and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to handle medical situations calmly and professionally.
- Must reside around Berger, Arepo, Magboro, Mowe, or Ibafo axis.
