Statera Estates is a UK property company. We are hiring for our education branch of the business where we teach people in the UK how to run homes as short stays (like Airbnb) and share the profit with the landlord. We are growing fast. More students join every month. We need someone who can keep up with that growth and help push it further.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Call new students after they join and explain their next steps
- Run setup calls on our CRM system with each student
- Help students set up their Facebook and Instagram accounts the right way
- Build and launch Meta ad campaigns for students
- Connect each student's Meta account to our CRM so every lead flows through
- Host a live tech help session every weekday on Zoom
- Fix tech problems students bring to you, fast and calmly
- Keep notes on each student so nothing gets missed
- Flag any student who is stuck or going quiet
- Spot ways to make our setup process faster and better, and tell us
Requirements:
- At least 1 year working with Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite
- You know how to set up a Facebook Page, an Instagram business account, and link them
- You know how lead forms work and how to connect them to a CRM
- Very good spoken and written English. You will speak with UK clients every day
- A calm, friendly phone manner. Some students are not good with tech. You never make them feel slow
- Fast, stable internet and a working laptop
- Power backup (inverter, solar, or similar). Missed calls cost us students
- Able to work UK hours
Big Plus If You Have:
- Experience with GoHighLevel or a similar CRM
- Experience with Zapier, n8n, or other tools that connect apps together
- Past work in client support or onboarding for an online course or coaching business
- Experience with UK clients
