Job Summary
We are looking to hire a suitable candidate to coordinate the process of customers claim.
- Minimum Qualification: Degree
- Experience Level: Entry level
- Experience Length: 2 years
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Receiving and reviewing claims
- Ensuring timely resolution of claims
- Liaise with partnering service centers
- Provide customer services to claimants
- Providing detailed and timely reports on claims raised and treated

Requirements:
- Minimum of OND in Business, Marketing or Management.
- Minimum of 2 years working in the Banking or Lending institution
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office
- Organization and time management skill
- Ability to work with minimal or no supervision
- Ability to manage priorities.
- Tech savvy.
Location: Must reside in Lagos (Mainland, Ikeja, Ojota or Yaba axis preferably)
