Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise all on-site construction activities and structural works
- Ensure strict adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and engineering standards
- Coordinate contractors, artisans, and suppliers to meet project timelines
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare technical progress reports
- Enforce health, safety, and quality control measures
- Support cost control, material usage, and project scheduling
Requirements:
- B.Sc. or HND in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
- Minimum of 3–5 years hands-on site experience in construction or real estate development
- Proven experience supervising building projects (residential or commercial)
- Strong knowledge of structural works, concrete, reinforcement, and finishing
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and BOQs
- Good reporting and documentation skills
- COREN registration is an added advantage
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Calabar
