Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cinema to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Supervise, lead, and develop cinema staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly.
Monitor ticket sales, concession sales, and overall business performance to achieve revenue targets.
Prepare and manage staff duty rosters to ensure adequate operational coverage.
Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and health and safety regulations.
Monitor cash handling procedures and reconcile daily sales and financial reports.
- Manage inventory levels for concession products and operational supplies, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Coordinate movie scheduling, special screenings, promotional events, and cinema activities.
Ensure cinema facilities, projection equipment, and public areas are clean, safe, and well maintained.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and drive customer traffic.
Monitor operational costs and implement measures to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Prepare periodic operational, sales, and performance reports for management.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and business partners.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, licensing requirements, and organizational standards.
Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions to improve the overall customer experience.
Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and high performance.
Perform any other duties assigned by management in support of business objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a BSC
- 3 years of previous experience in a similar role
