Responsibilities:
- Client Reception & Visits – Assist the manager in receiving visiting clients and accompany the manager on client visits to foster strong business relationships.
- Order Follow-up – Track customer orders from placement to delivery, ensuring timely communication between the sales team, assembly line, and clients.
- External Communication – Handle daily external communications with local partners, government agencies, suppliers, and other stakeholders as required.
- Operational Support – Assist in daily operations and management of the local office, warehouse, and assembly line to ensure smooth business operations.
- Sales Incentive – Enjoy attractive commission for any sales orders successfully generated and closed by yourself. etc.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree or above.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Proven experience in food processing machinery, electrical appliances, mechanical equipment, commercial ovens, freezers, or related industries.
- Proficiency in HSK Level 4 or above. Chinese study experience in China is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Good organisational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is a plus.
