We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead enterprise-wide technology initiatives, drive innovation, and build scalable digital ecosystems across operations.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the organization’s technology strategy and roadmap
• Drive digital transformation initiatives across operations and business functions
• Oversee technology integration across process plants, logistics, and commercial systems
• Enable data-driven decision-making and automation
• Implement modern CRM, ERP, and enterprise systems
• Ensure cybersecurity, compliance, and IT governance standards
• Collaborate with leadership teams to align technology with business growth

🎯 Preferred Background

• 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles
• Prior experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, or Industrial environments
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems, cloud platforms, and automation
• Exposure to emerging technologies, including AI and data-driven solutions
• Proven experience managing large-scale transformation projects
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
