Responsibilities:
Security Management:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive security strategy for the estate.
- Supervise security personnel and ensure optimal deployment of security officers.
- Conduct regular security assessments and risk analyses.
- Monitor and manage access control, surveillance, and security
- Technology systems.
Incident and Crisis Management:
- Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and crises.
- Investigate security breaches, thefts, and other related issues and document findings.
- Implement emergency response protocols and coordinate evacuation plans.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of BSC
- 3 Years of previous experience in a similar role
