About The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee the daily operations of a growing behavioral health practice.
The COO will serve as the operational leader of the organization, ensuring that staff, processes, patient services, and administrative functions work together efficiently. This individual will act as the primary point of coordination across the practice and support the founder in driving execution and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice
- Manage and coordinate administrative, clinical, and support staff
- Ensure operational processes are followed and continuously improved
- Monitor team performance and accountability
- Support staffing, scheduling, and workflow management
- Identify operational challenges and implement solutions
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, patient service, and compliance
- Provide regular operational updates and reports to leadership
Requirements
- Previous experience managing operations within a healthcare, medical, behavioral health, or related environment
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability
- Alignment with Christian values is preferred
