Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and cost optimization.
- Oversee end-to-end manufacturing and production operations.
- Ensure optimal plant performance, capacity utilization, downtime reduction, and yield improvement.
- Manage procurement, inventory, warehousing and distribution.
- Oversee importation logistics for additives, chemicals and raw materials.
- Optimize supply chain networks and supplier management.
- Ensure quality assurance, HSE and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor operational KPIs and drive performance improvements.
- Oversee operational budgets and cost control.
- Lead and develop plant, supply chain, logistics and operations teams.
- Drive talent development, succession planning and workforce optimization.
- Collaborate with the CFO on budgeting, cost control and capital investments.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience
- A minimum of a degree in a related field
