- Leading budgeting and forecasting
- Managing treasury and liquidity
- Ensuring regulatory and statutory compliance, and providing actionable financial insights to support Management's decision-making.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to safeguard organizational resources, improve cost efficiency, enhance financial reporting, manage financial risks, and drive sustainable profitability across a multi-branch operation.
- 7 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, including at least 5 years in senior financial leadership
- Strong background in financial services, banking, microfinance, fintech, lending, or related sectors.
