About This Role
Hyde Energy is recruiting a Chief Financial Officer to lead its finance function, overseeing cash flow, working capital, treasury, investments, and corporate tax compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee cash flow and working capital management
- Direct treasury operations and investment decisions
- Lead corporate tax planning and compliance
- Ensure statutory compliance across PAYE, VAT, WHT, and CGT
- Provide senior financial leadership across the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
- ACCA qualification is required
- Minimum 10 years' progressive experience in finance and accounting
- Prior senior financial leadership experience
- Strong expertise in tax planning and statutory compliance
- Solid treasury management background
