Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
- Lead long-term financial planning, forecasting and budgeting across all business units
- Provide strategic financial recommendations to Management and the Board.
- Oversee financial reporting in line with IFRS and applicable accounting standards.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, liquidity and banking relationships.
- Manage foreign exchange exposure relating to imported raw materials.
- Identify and mitigate financial, operational and market risks.
- Drive cost optimization and profitability improvement initiatives.
- Support pricing strategies and capital investment decisions.
- Monitor cost structures relating to raw materials, production and logistics.
- Lead and develop the finance and accounts team.
- Engage with auditors, regulators, banks, investors and tax authorities.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 12 years of experience
- A minimum of a degree in a related field
