Job summary
We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to manage financial reporting, auditing, taxation, and compliance functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial records, support strategic decision-making, and maintain strong internal controls.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support business decision-making.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations for accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct internal audits, ensure compliance with Nigerian tax laws (e.g., FIRS regulations), and handle statutory filings.
- Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Prepare tax returns, VAT computations, and support external audits while advising on financial best practices.
- Collaborate with management to develop financial strategies and monitor cash flow projections.
- Maintain financial records using tools like QuickBooks or SAP, ensuring timely reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field from a recognized Nigerian university.
- Full ICAN or ACCA charter with minimum 4 years post-qualification experience in accounting/auditing.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel) and knowledge of Nigerian GAAP/IFRS.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in outsourcing or fintech sectors is highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with a commitment to ethical standards.
