Responsibilities:
- Process customer purchases using cash registers or point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Accept payments through cash, debit cards, or digital payments.
- Issue receipts, refunds, and change accurately.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Answer customer questions about products, prices, or promotions.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of work.
- Report discrepancies or issues to the supervisor or manager.
- Assist with basic store tasks such as restocking shelves when needed.
- Payment remittance and account balancing
Requirements:
Minimum HND
1 year of previous experience in a similar role
