Job Objective(s)
The core responsibility of this role is to respond to external and internal support calls to increase transaction processing efficiency and avoid unplanned downtime. Additionally, this role ensures continuous transaction processing monitoring and the timely escalation of critical issues.
Job Requirements
- First Degree in Engineering, Information Technology or Applied Sciences.
- Experience managing POS networks, switching engines, and API integrations.
- Minimum of 4-7 years post NYSC experience in payment operations, switching, or electronic banking role within a fintech or PSP environment.
Key Competency Requirements
- Ensure Accurate, consistent and reliable information from TWO (TranzWare Online) database.
- Global weekly transaction processing report.
- ATM Acquiring Report.
