Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design and decorate cakes according to customer specifications, themes, and special occasions.
- Prepare and apply various types of icing, fondant, buttercream, and edible decorations.
- Create custom cake designs for weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and other celebrations.
- Ensure all cakes meet quality, hygiene, and presentation standards.
- Collaborate with the bakery team to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Stay updated on current cake decorating trends and techniques.
- Manage time effectively to handle multiple orders simultaneously.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Cake Decorator or similar role.
- Strong artistic and creative skills.
- Knowledge of cake decorating tools and techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Remuneration: NGN 150,000
