Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Unit Sales Manager based in Ibadan, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The role involves managing and executing business strategies to drive sales performance, analyzing market data to identify opportunities, and overseeing customer relationship management to ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities also include ensuring the attainment of business targets, creating action plans with the team, and collaborating with other departments to achieve organizational objectives.
Qualifications

  • Strong Business Management skills with the ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills for data interpretation and decision making.
  • Proven Customer Service capabilities to effectively manage client relationships.
  • Experience in Sales with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including both written and verbal proficiency.
  • Leadership, organizational, and time-management capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
