Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Swiftly communicates risks and opportunities with leadership
- Ensure financial processes are in place to support new or evolving business initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks &Â internal controls
- Oversees vendor management and outsourcing
- Responsible for all store bank account reconciliations
- Manages and oversees office staff, including recruiting/hiring, coaching, counseling, disciplining, termination etc.
- Coordinate all stakeholders, project managers and required resources to ensure Company objectives are timely achieved
- Willingly accepts other tasks and responsibilities outside of the direct scope of the role
