Kathy Anthony is a female African fashion brand based in Abuja with offices in the United States. We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly-skilled individual to join our team in Abuja as a Business Development and Social Media Specialist. This role is pivotal in expanding our brand's reach and influence through innovative social media strategies and business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creative talent, marketing acumen, and a deep understanding of digital content creation, particularly within the African female fashion industry.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Extensive experience with developing shopify stores and executing sales on shopify, Etsy and other online stores.
- Leverage industry knowledge and market trends to identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to drive business objectives.
- Social Media Mastery: Craft, execute, and manage comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms including WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitter to enhance brand visibility and engagement
- Content Creation Excellence: Produce high-quality, compelling content, with a strong emphasis on video and photography. Showcase your ability to capture stunning visuals and create engaging, platform-specific content.
- Proposal Writing & Sales execution: Demonstrate expertise in composing detailed business proposals, effectively communicating the value proposition to potential clients and partners.
- Design and Creativity: Utilize AI software tools, like Vidyo, to design captivating flyers and multimedia content, aligning with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
- Project Flexibility: Display adaptability and commitment to meeting project deadlines and objectives, working independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
- Fashion Industry Insight: Possess a profound understanding of African female fashion, including couture designs and ready-to-wear brands, to authentically represent and promote our offerings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development and social media management.
- Expertise in content creation, including photography and video production, with a portfolio to demonstrate your skills.
- Strong knowledge of and experience with AI-based design software.
- Exceptional writing abilities for diverse business communications, including proposals and promotional content.
- Deep understanding of the African female fashion industry, trends, and consumer preferences.
- Ability to work flexibly and efficiently on multiple projects, adapting to changing priorities.
Remuneration: NGN 80,000 - 110,000 monthly, commensurate with experience.
