Job Summary

Kelpat Consulting Limited is looking for a smart and result-driven individual to handle our POS onboarding, customer management, loan drive, and field operations.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

POS & Agency Banking Operations

  • Onboard new business owners and agents to our POS network.
  • Monitor daily POS transactions and ensure high terminal activity.
  • Follow up with inactive or underperforming agents to boost performance.
  • Ensure smooth resolution of POS or settlement issues.

Loan Drive & Financial Product Management

  • Promote loan products to business clients and existing POS agents.
  • Screen and recommend eligible customers for loans.
  • Track repayment performance and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure proper loan documentation and reconciliation.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with agents and business clients.
  • Call and follow up with customers regularly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Gather feedback and provide insights to management for service improvement.

Business Development

  • Identify and explore new markets and business opportunities.
  • Develop partnerships to expand our customer base.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns or field drives to grow sales.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
  • Track KPIs such as active terminals, transaction volumes, loan disbursement, and repayment rate.



Requirements:

  • OND, HND, or BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • 1–3 years experience in business development, agency banking, microfinance, or fintech operations.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work with targets and deliver results.
  • Knowledge of POS operations, loan management, or agency banking is an advantage.
  • Must be self-driven and able to work with minimal supervision.
