SCUBE Nigeria is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Officer Backfill for a temporary backfill position of approximately 2–3 months, covering for the current role holder who is on maternity leave. The successful candidate will ensure continuity of the company's business development activities during this period.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Take over and manage the existing business development pipeline during the maternity leave period.
- Generate and qualify new business leads.
- Follow up consistently on existing prospects, enquiries, proposals, and quotations.
- Research and approach prospective clients through calls, emails, referrals, networking, and digital channels.
- Schedule client meetings and discovery sessions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and sales materials.
- Maintain accurate CRM/pipeline records and ensure no existing opportunities or follow-ups are missed during the backfill period.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Work toward agreed sales and business development targets.
- Provide regular reports on leads, opportunities, follow-ups, conversions, and sales performance
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of a BSC
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
