Business Development Officer
Job summary
We are seeking a results-driven business development officer to manage UK property investment leads, engage investors daily, progress leads through the CRM pipeline, and close at least 4 deals per month. All qualified candidates may apply, with female applicants encouraged for gender balance.

Responsibilities:
- The Business Development Officer will source, qualify, and manage investor leads within the UK market.
- You will engage with investors daily via phone, email, and CRM systems, ensuring leads are moved accurately from initial contact through to deal completion.
- You will build strong, professional relationships with investors.
- Present property investment opportunities clearly and confidently, and close a minimum of four deals per month.
- Maintaining high standards of communication, professionalism, and confidentiality is essential.
Requirements:
- A minimum of three years’ experience working in a bank, financial institution, or property development or investment company.
- Proven experience dealing directly with investors or high-net-worth clients is required, along with a strong understanding of sales pipelines and CRM systems.
- A demonstrable track record of consistently closing deals is essential.
- Candidates must be able to provide a verifiable reference from a previous employer.
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Strong communication skills.
- Self-discipline and a results-focused mindset are essential.
Benefits:
- Salary of NGN 200,000 - NGN350,000, depending on experience.
- A commission of ₦200,000 is paid per deal closed, meaning a minimum of ₦800,000 commission per month is achievable based on four deals.
Work Conditions and Requirements
- This is a 100% remote role.
- Applicants must have a private, dedicated home workspace.
- A reliable power supply or backup, a fast and stable internet connection, and a laptop capable of running for at least four hours on battery.
