Job summary
Fairsure Payment Limited is seeking an experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager to drive merchant acquisition, business growth, and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate must possess strong experience in the fintech industry, particularly in PSSP merchant acquisition and payment solution sales.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3–5 years experience in business development within the fintech or financial services industry
- Strong experience in PSSP merchant acquisition is mandatory
- Proven ability to onboard and manage merchants across different sectors
- Strong understanding of payment gateway solutions, POS, transfers, virtual accounts, and digital payment systems
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Ability to identify business opportunities and close deals effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
Responsibilities:
- Drive merchant acquisition and onboarding for the company’s payment solutions
- Develop and execute strategic business growth plans
- Identify and secure partnerships with merchants, aggregators, and corporate organizations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Achieve revenue and transaction volume targets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and product offerings
- Prepare business reports and performance updates for management.
