Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion: Identify and research new market segments, emerging trends, and untapped opportunities to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • ⁠Lead Generation & Outreach: Proactively identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold outreach, and industry events.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Negotiate and close deals with strategic partners that enhance Crevos Ltd’s ecosystem and market reach.
  • ⁠Relationship Management: Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their business challenges.
  • ⁠Sales Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive business development plans and sales targets in alignment with company goals.
  • Proposal Development: Create compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to the specific needs of high-value prospects.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to refine brand messaging and ensure the "voice of the customer" is integrated into our service delivery.


Requirements:

  • 1+ year of proven experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships 
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex ideas clearly to C-suite executives.
  • Negotiation: Strong persuasion and negotiation tactics with a track record of closing high-value deals.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze market data, competitor activity, and financial metrics to drive informed decision-making.
  • ⁠Self-Starter: A highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and professional networking platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
