Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with key clients, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives that achieve ambitious growth targets.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, including new markets, customer segments, and partnerships.
  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to acquire new clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Prepare compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitability and alignment with company objectives.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales pipeline, lead generation, and revenue generation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product) to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor landscape.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in a business development role, with a proven track record of success in achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Remuneration: NGN 200,000 - 300,000
