Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities
- Manage the full sales process from prospecting to deal closure
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Present and deliver tailored brand solutions to clients
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of proven B2B sales or business development experience
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, and Meet)
- Self-driven and target-oriented professional
- Strong passion for branding, marketing, and business growth

Compensation & Benefits:
- ₦250,000 monthly base pay (performance-linked)
- Up to 5% commission per deal
- Monthly performance stipends
