Our client in Benin, is looking for a Business Development Manager to lead and execute the company’s growth strategy in Benin City. You’ll identify new business opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in real estate sales, business development, and partnership management.

Responsibilities:
- Design and execute marketing and sales campaigns that generate leads and increase brand visibility
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and hit revenue targets
- Build and maintain active relationships with realtors and brokerages in Benin City
- Serve as the main point of contact for realtors, provide marketing materials, and keep them motivated to sell
- Identify market opportunities, prepare growth plans, and execute them
- Negotiate deals and bring them to closure
- Manage and update customer and sales databases
- Deliver excellent customer experience and build long-term client relationships
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5–8 years' experience in real estate, realtor sales, business development, or digital/offline marketing
- Strong knowledge of the Benin City real estate market and realtor networks
- Proven ability to lead initiatives and deliver results
