Job Summary

We are sourcing for a credible, resourceful, ambitious, energetic and target driven business development Manager to help us expand our Business Clientele. You will be the face of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree
  • Experience Level: Senior level
  • Experience Length: 5 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Train and coordinate the marketing team
  • Identify new locations to set up new outlets for the business.
  • Manage the daily Sales& Marketing operations.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products.
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Prepare weekly reports on Sales.
  • Discuss & report all sales marketing strategies to the Managing Director.
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople 


Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager, Business Manager or a top relevant role for at least 5 years.
  • Experience managing an effective team is compulsory.
  • Proven sales track record
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
  • Proficiency in English and Yoruba.
  • Market knowledge of alcoholic products is required.
  • Communication & negotiation skills
  • Team building & Management skills
  • Previous experience in a start-up is an added advantage.
  • Time management & planning skills
  • Must be able to provide credible guarantors and work references.


Qualifications:

  • BSc/BA in Business Administration, Sales or related field , Professional certification in any business field is an advantage.

Location: Chevron, Ajah Lagos

Remuneration: NGN 170,000 (Net)

  • Monthly Sales commission
  • Quarterly Bonus
  • Weekly Airtime/Data
