As a Business Development Manager at Cliqe Solutions, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth across our diverse portfolio of companies. You will work closely with key stakeholders to develop and execute business development strategies that align with our overall objectives.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Research, Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Cliqe Solutions' market presence
  • Develop strategic partnerships and alliances to expand market reach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
  • Experience in handling tenders and bid writing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions, create compelling proposals and presentations and tailor offerings to meet client needs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of business development initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to sales teams to achieve targets.
  • Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to facilitate business development efforts.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in business development or marketing, preferably in the education industry.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and market research techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office packages and familiarity with digital marketing framework and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in the healthcare, staffing, training, or travel industries is a plus.
