Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve branch goals, including revenue growth, market share expansion, and cost control.
- Manage and motivate our team of employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Ensure excellent customer service by resolving complaints, responding to inquiries, and providing timely and accurate information.
- Control costs and expenses by developing and implementing budgets, monitoring spending, and identifying opportunities for savings.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment, safety, and environmental protection.
- Represent the company in a professional manner and build relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and the community.
Requirements:
- HND/Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role in the courier industry
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
