Compensation: Equity Only (10-15% Based on Performance & Contribution)

You will help shape the direction of the company — not simply execute tasks.
Your Core Responsibilities
As our BD Manager, you will:
1. Lead Founder Acquisition & Partnerships
• Identify and engage early-stage founders who need product support
• Build relationships with startup communities, hubs, accelerators, and VCs
• Introduce STA’s equity-friendly launch model
2. Drive Conversations That Convert
• Qualify the founder's needs (product, design, development, growth)
• Present STA’s value clearly and confidently
• Handle negotiations on equity + subscription models
• Book and host intro/qualification meetings
3. Manage Pipeline & Growth Strategy
• Build, track, and optimize the founder pipeline
• Experiment with new ways to attract high-quality founders
• Maintain high engagement and follow-up discipline
4. Represent STA at Events & Online
• Attend (physically or virtually) founder meetups, pitch events, and showcases
• Engage in Twitter, LinkedIn, and community conversations
