The Business Development Manager will drive revenue growth and market expansion across Anambra, Delta, and Edo States by developing and executing regional business strategies, managing distributors, leading sales teams, and ensuring strong in-trade execution within the Wine and Spirits industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional business plans across Anambra, Delta, and Edo States to achieve sales and growth targets.
- Drive market expansion by onboarding new distributors and wholesalers in unserviced and underdeveloped locations.
- Manage the Business Area P&L, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
- Entrench a strong performance management culture within the sales team.
- Oversee credit risk management and ensure adherence to company credit policies.
- Champion flawless in-trade execution across all markets within the assigned states.
- Manage and safeguard trade assets within the Business Development Areas (BDAs).
- Strengthen customer relationship management, including inventory management, profitability optimization, and van sales coaching.
- Recruit, train, coach, and manage the regional sales team—providing leadership, performance monitoring, and regular evaluations to ensure consistent achievement of targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to inform strategic decisions.
