Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership Development
- Identify and establish partnerships with recruitment agencies, migration firms, and educational consultancies across Africa, Asia, and the Middle East.
- Develop strategic collaborations with employers, service providers, and agents across Europe, the UK, and other partner countries.
- Negotiate and execute MOUs, contracts, and partnership agreements, ensuring mutual value and compliance.
- Research emerging markets and recommend new countries or sectors for Workium’s expansion.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive B2B lead generation, pipeline development, and conversion through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship management.
- Develop and execute a clear sales strategy to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Present Workium’s solutions, pricing models, and service scope to prospective clients and partners.
- Maintain a high conversion rate by following up with interested agencies and guiding them through the onboarding process.
Relationship & Account Management
- Serve as the main liaison between Workium and partner agencies, ensuring smooth communication, transparency, and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular partner performance reviews and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Resolve client issues swiftly, maintaining Workium’s reputation for reliability and trust.
Marketing & Event Collaboration
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute business expos, virtual summits, and partner events
- Represent Workium at industry conferences and online events to promote brand visibility.
- Support content and social media initiatives that highlight new destinations, partnership success stories, and market updates.
Reporting & Strategy
- Track KPIs, sales metrics, and revenue performance weekly and monthly.
- Provide detailed market feedback and competitor intelligence to guide strategy.
- Contribute to refining Workium’s pricing models, partnership structures, and international expansion playbook.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in business development, international recruitment, education agency management, or B2B sales.
- Experience in global mobility, migration services, or workforce placement is a strong advantage.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Excellent relationship-building ability and confidence in speaking with senior executives and business owners.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive) and digital collaboration tools (e.g., Notion, Google Workspace).
- Goal-driven with a demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
