Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategies to grow the business as well as being the top on-site manager. Â
- The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for identifying market trends and opportunities, conducting market research, and collaborating with other team members to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience with market research and analysis
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and prospecting tactics
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for driving sales and achieving targets.
- Knowledge of CRM software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in a renewable energy firm is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Ability to effectively manage other team members
