Responsibilities:
- Researching businesses, individuals, and industry trends to identify potential new clients and markets and ways to serve existing clients better
- Preparing client presentations and materials, including PowerPoint and sales displays
- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
- Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in sales or business development roles.
- Effective communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Adept in networking, project management and problem-solving.
- Possess strong creative and strategic thinking skills to develop effective sales strategies through delegation, prioritisation and execution for business growth.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other teams and good leadership skills to manage, motivate and lead the team to achieve desired outcomes.
- Ability to adapt to the company’s culture effectively and lead other teams.
