Description
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting the company’s drilling and oilfield service offerings.
This role requires strong capability in tendering and contract negotiations, with a focus on aligning commercial opportunities with operational delivery. You will work closely with technical, commercial, and operations teams to convert leads into viable projects, & ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support company growth objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, client needs, and potential opportunities.
- Support in the preparation and submission of bids and proposals
- Collaborate with technical, commercial, and finance teams to develop competitive proposals
- Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and track opportunities through the sales process.
- Prepare business development reports, client presentations, and sales updates for management.
- Represent the company in meetings, networking events, and industry engagements when required.
- Support negotiations and contract discussions with clients as required
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Geology/Chemical Engineering or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP and CRM tools
Proven ability to identify opportunities, generate leads, and convert prospects into clients.
Strong understanding of tendering processes and client engagement in the oil and gas sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Strong analytical and market research capabilities.
