Role Description The Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Ilorin, focused on driving growth and expanding Jomav Homes’ client base. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and managing relationships with prospective and existing clients. The role involves conducting market research, presenting real estate investment options, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and account management. The Business Development Executive will also prepare sales proposals, maintain accurate records of client interactions, and contribute to strategic planning to increase brand visibility and revenue.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for presentations, negotiations, and client relationship building.
