Business Development Executive
Job summary
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive student recruitment and work-route expansion across Nigeria and West Africa. You’ll play a pivotal role in connecting aspiring students with life-changing academic opportunities abroad (Europe, North America, Australia, Middle East).

Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Identify, engage, and convert high-intent prospects for Undergraduate, Master's, and PhD programs, as well as specialized work migration routes.
- The "Discovery" Mandate: Lead professional video discovery calls (via Google Meet) to assess eligibility, build trust, and outline technical roadmaps for clients.
- Market Expansion: Design, execute, and work with the team on outreach via webinars, school partnerships, and digital campaigns to maintain a high-velocity lead pipeline.
- Technical Expertise: Maintain "Subject Matter Expert" status on global admission processes, visa requirements, and destination-specific policies.
- Pipeline Governance: Utilize CRM tools to track lead lifecycle, ensuring 100% accountability and data-driven reporting to the Team Lead.
- Target Excellence: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly recruitment and revenue targets, contributing to the firm's overall growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of proven success in international education consulting, student recruitment, or high-ticket sales.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to build trust quickly over video and voice channels.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and digital lead-nurturing platforms.
- A self-starter who embraces accountability, technical precision, and the Opulent Standard of professional integrity.
